Recording Notes Has Never Been Easier

One of the great things about the iPhone is it’s ability through the use of apps to become what you need it to be, when you need it to be. It’s truly a great device and great apps make it that way. Noteledge by Kdan Mobile Software has taken the notebook app to the limit by adding in multiple ways for you to record a moment in your life quickly and easily. Let’s say you’re out at your daughters dance recital and you want to make of note of it to refer to it later. You could snap a picture and add that to the note or shoot a video and throw that into the note as well. You could also throw a smiley on it by just drawing it right on the note with your finger. You could also type in the address and phone number of the restaurant you and your family are going to for a celebration afterwards. Then save the note and it’s ready for you to pull up anytime you need it, like in the car on your way to the restaurant perhaps. You could take that address and put it in google maps to get directions. The beautiful thing is all of this is done in the palm of your hand with a few simple swipes and a few taps of your fingers. It’s almost like magic I tell ya! But that’s not all…there’s more!

It’s always more fun when we share

That’s a lesson taught in many preschools across the world every day. Sharing is good, sharing is nice, and sharing is also very convenient. Let’s continue with our story about the recital. So you’re at the recital and you just finished creating your note. You’ve added your multimedia, you’re hand written notes, and the text that included information about the restaurant you are heading to after the recital and you want to make sure everyone you invited to join you at the restaurant also knows where it is and what time to be there. So now through the Noteledge share function you send your note in an email to everyone you want to invite. What’s cool is that now not only do you have a copy of your note but everyone has a pdf of it attached to an email. They can open it up on any computer, copy the address into google maps and they know exactly how to get there. You can also send a copy of this note to your mom and dad who are in another state so they can see how awesome their granddaughter did at her recital. Noteledge has not taken the note taking app to the next level!

The Noteledge coolness factor

This app has a lot of features but it also does some cool things that I think will make this a fun app for non business users to use this. I especially think some of these things will be great for kids in high school or college, for scrap-booking enthusiasts, and for those people who are fond of sharing things on sites like pinterest where photos are the format expected. Noteledge includes several collections of free stamps, that you can download and use in your notes. Some these stamps are clip art style pictures, some are letters of different shapes, sizes, and colors, some are Hawaiian cartoon images some are cool little stars, shapes, eye glasses, noses, mustaches, even devil horns, and pig noses too lol. The point is that through the combination of all of the format type elements you can put into each note plus these stamps your notes can get real artistic, almost scrapbook like in nature. These are things you want to post in places like facebook or Pinterest, email to your friends and family. This is kinda cool! You can also add audio clips to your notes which means you could have a theme song or just a verbal note about what it is you are saving for posterity! This is way cool.
